Hopefully will see a bit of a bump in sales due to holidays and Killzone 3 news. Not sure why it hasn't already due to the beta and CE announcement. R2 got a pretty large bump on nothing more than a GI cover, and the game ain't even that great. >_o Message | Report |

I really hope this game to eventually sell 3M. When that happens I think the sequel would have a better chance to sell 5M. I think this game is amazing but for some people, in order to consider it a big name, and willing to give their money for it, they must see that the game sells a lot (not MW2 quantity obviously). If the game sells a lot and have great amazing reviews the people will learn that the game deserves the $60 bucks (to a lot of people what other people thinks matters a lot); and most likely more people will buy the game. And also to have a greater chance, when they announce KZ3 they MUST make a TERRIFIC trailer (MGS4 // MW // UC2). If they have an amazing trailer, an amazing game, and amazing reviews, the game will sell huge quantities. GO KZ2!!!! Message | Report |

When has a relatively new ip almost tripled its predessors sales? pretty much never. kz2 in a few years probably will get to 3 mill, but thats zoc most games will continue selling for a while... First of all, if you bothered to look at the kz1 figures, youll see the 0.8 mill comes from just NA, this game would be a mill seller if eu included. Liberation on psp sold 0.60mill copies. Wonderful, combines good graphics and great online play with a good button layout similar to Haze. it also has a good replay factor and the trophies are slightly more of a challenge than others, the same goes for elite difficulty which unlike COD:MW2, Haze and other FPS games, is actually rather difficult for even the pros Message | Report |

I would hope that people don't really hate MW2. If you are a FPS fan, hating MW2 is like hating your left hand. Killzone 2 is beating every other shooter in NeoGAF's GotY voting thread. As of the first 15 pages, it's leading its closest competitor, Modern Warfare 2, 227 votes to 131. I doubt too many websites aside from GameSpot and all the PlayStationWhatever.coms will give it the credit it deserves, though. This game is getting little holiday bump. It had a nice bump for a few weeks after the Slim dropped, and a nice week on Black Friday, but now it's back to sub-20k, and will probably only break 20k for this week and next before dropping back down to pre-Slim numbers. @account2099 - Not every game is to everyone's tastes, maybe this is just one of those games. I don't think anyone thinks KZ2 sucks, especially with it's very loyal fanbase and the fact it just keeps on selling week after week. It's an awesome game, with incredible visuals and gameplay, but it is very hard core, which may not be to everyone's tastes. Message | Report |

@zaMy - to be honest, i kind of agree with Snyperdud, i think it's better than MW2, although not quite "way better" as he said. but as for saying opinions, I think expressing his opinion on how good K2 is, in a comments section about K2 is pretty much the most appropriate place to say it. Bought the game a few months ago to go with my new PS3, played it for awhile thought the online was neat. It was ok, but just didn't seem as fun as I thought it would be. The only thing that keep me interested was the class system but that wore off after awhile. Good game, glad it was successful, but not for me. Message | Report |
