Still trucking away, on course to sell nearly as many units this year as it did last year which would take it up to ~190k, maybe more depending on how much it gets boosted this Xmas, that would put it a hair's breadth behind Ys 7 as the best selling entry in the series (on consoles at least) and it's probably nearly there already with digital. Ys games have really long legs for JRPGs, which is fairly unusual for a title this small. Oh well, can't say I'm complaining, I'll be picking this up over the summer :) Message | Report |

Decent 4th week, just to reassure everyone I'll show you the sales of the handheld Ys games also after 4 weeks 1st - Ys 7 - 28,488 2nd - Ys Celceta - 23,204 3rd - Oath in Felghana - 22,646 4th - Ys I & II Chronicles - 14,802 5th - Ark of Napishtim - 12,852 Like I already said with digital it's probably tracking alongside 7 in the USA and given how well it did in Japan, I expect it to be the best selling of all these games WW Message | Report |

Hold on a minute. After 3 weeks in the USA this has sold ~15,800 copies. Now I agree that isn't very many. However, in absolute terms it isn't too bad compared to previous Ys games on PSP - after the same number of weeks Ys 7 was at ~24k and Oath in Felghana was at ~18.4k. Now in percentage terms that's quite a drop but when you consider digital sales it's probably tracking somewhere in line with previous entries, so I wouldn't worry too much. Also the PSP games had surprisingly good legs, hopefully the same happens here Message | Report |
