Average game at best. Co-op works better on AI than with another player. Nothing terribly wrong with it, but certainly nothing epic either. If you can get it a discount (35 to 40 dollar range), go for it. Otherwise, save your money for more quality offerings. The $50 price tag is a bit much for this.
