As piggychan said: this is the Complete version of Lunar the Silver Star for Saturn.
I corrected the title and the release date.

There is a lunar silver star story complete for the sega saturn. It only works with the MPEG card that offers almost fulls screen 30 frames a second FMV.

Lunar: Silver Star Story, didn't have the complete added until the PS1 remake.

Having said that, great game, I love it. Good character design great plot. I found myself very much into finding out what was going to happen next. I recommend this to anybody who likes love stories or RPGs.
