From wikipedia:
Described as an "interactive screensaver",[2] LocoRoco Cocoreccho! features an autonomous two-dimensional environment in which the world and characters play even without input from the player.[4] The game is capable of running at full high-definition 1080p display resolution.[2]
In the game, players control a butterfly (the "Cocoreccho" of the title) to gather LocoRoco that are dispersed throughout a level and direct them to a goal in a large enough group to pass through.[2] The Cocoreccho is maneuvered with the left analog stick and can call LocoRoco using the circle button. This is depicted as a ring of light emanating from the Cocoreccho, which prompts LocoRoco to move toward the Cocoreccho. Players can also use the Cocoreccho to tilt and jolt various characters and objects within the environment by positioning the Cocoreccho on the intended target and tilting or shaking the controller.[5] Along the route there are three types of minigames. In each mini game it is possible to increase the number of LocoRoco[2] by up to 15 by achieving a high score.
The player starts with 1 yellow LocoRoco at the start and can wake up other sleeping LocoRoco by coming into physical contact with them. There are 200 LocoRoco to collect throughout the game.
Mojas are back and will eat the LocoRoco if they stray too close, but if correctly guided by the player, the LocoRoco can eliminate Mojas by running into them with some force (as in the original LocoRoco game). If the Mojas eat too many of your LocoRoco the game is over.
Mui Mui's also return and are dotted around the game, but getting to them requires some amount of skill.
