"Rayman Legends Retold will release on December 3," said Ubisoft. "While the game has officially gone gold, we have decided to take extra time to make sure every detail gets the care it deserves.
"In the meantime, we can’t wait for you to see what we’ve been working on, starting with a “Game Overview” trailer on September 22. That same day, a selection of creators and press will share fresh hands-on impressions.
"On behalf of all the teams working on this game, thank you for your patience, support and trust."

Shame, but at least they want it to be polished and launching after GTA6 isn't the worst idea as this game could sell decently as a family game at Christmas time, with the right promotion of course.
Not sure if this date will be good for the game, it might do better with a Jan/Feb launch.
