I love classic WoW and I don't get the appeal of this. I was hoping based on the name it would let you play old expansions for ever, instead of always having to jump to the next anniversary edition.

MS didn't buy Activision Blizzard to try risky new ideas. Their goal is too keep people engaged and money coming in. And its gonna be many years before they recover $80 billion.

If you don't care for what they do, Sony just released a groundbreaking video game called Wolverine.

Get out of here with that bullshit. When MS bought Activision Blizzard, Spencer did plenty of interviews talking about taking risks and reviving old IP's like King's Quest, Guitar Hero, Hexen etc.

And what does Wolverine have to do with this article? That game will still sell millions anyways regardless of a Skill up reviewer who doesn't know how to turn accessibility options off. So if you don't care for people who don't want to kiss MS's ass, this site has a dedicated XBOX thread just for you and your echo chamber.

Yeah, that's why Phil is gone. I'm not entirely sure he was the problem, but Xbox was declining on his watch. There is little potential in the IPs you mentioned. Although, I wouldn't mind seeing some sort of lower risk, small team effort with Hexen.

My point with Wolverine is simple. If you don't want what WoW is doing, go play something else. We live in a time where the options greatly exceed our free time. Wolverine will sell millions and underperform. A Skill Up reviewer? Several major websites gave the game a poor score.

I've been very critical of Xbox over the years. I'm critical of Sony as well. Halo: Campaign Evolved and Wolverine are examples of both companies have some terrible studios.
