Capcom has released a new trailer for the Ascendance expansion for Monster Hunter Wilds that breaks down the sword & shield blade.

The sword & shield boosted actions includes: Unleash empowered combos, apply coatings with Bladecoating Slash, and clutch onto wounds from a distance.

Monster Hunter Wilds: Ascendance will launch for the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam in 2027.
