Square Enix Announces Octopath Traveler 2 for PS5, PS4, Switch, and PC - News

Publisher Square Enix and developer Acquire have announced Octopath Traveler 2 for the PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam. It will launch worldwide on February 24, 2023.
The game is in the HD/2D style and features eight travelers that have stories that intertwine. There will be a branching story that can differences depending if it day or night.

The story takes place in Solistia, a land comprising an eastern and western continent divided by the sea.

Some people thrill to glamorous stars of the stage and industry, while others are brought to tears by war, plague, and poverty.
In this faraway realm, eight travelers hailing from different regions venture forth for their own reasons. Step into their shoes and explore the land as you see fit, using their unique talents to aid you along your journey.

Octopath Traveler 2.
This was the best game of show at the Nintendo Direct today. There was a massive amazing trailer released (different than the one in the direct) on youtube. Releasing for PC and PS5 (but not Xbox?)

Surprised it's coming to PS since the first game didn't.
It looks of course very pretty once again and the characters look very interesting.
