Damn chip shortage. PS5 was tracking ahead of the 4 but had the air let out of the tires. And now some are saying the chip issues would continue through next year and into 24. Suck for all those who have been patiently waiting to grab a 5.

"Chip shortage" only means that demand is high. Consoles being easy to aquire without the new facories in full scale production would mean that demand sharply fell. Which isn't going to happen. ANd Production is still ramping up anyway of course.
