Publisher Sony Interactive Entertainment and developer Insomniac Games have announced Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales for the PlayStation 5. It will launch in holiday 2020.
"Revealing Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales, a new adventure from Insomniac Games coming to PlayStation 5," reads the description to the announcement video.

It's most likely an quick spin-off using the same assets as the previous game. Think Majora's Mask, or Uncharted Lost Legacy.
