New Metal Slug Games for Console and Mobile to Release in 2020 - News

SNK Corporation executive director Se-Hwan Jeon announced the new Metal Slug game that was originally teased for consoles in April 2019 is an action shooter and is planned for a release in 2020.
Se-Hwan Jeon added the team is also developing a "2D side scrolling card-type" Metal Slug game for iOS and Android, which is also planned for release in 2020. Development on the game is 80 percent complete.
Both games are in development at SNK in Japan and are both separate from the Metal Slug mobile game in development at Tencent’s Timi Studio.
The target age for the mobile game is 10 to 20 year olds, while the console game is targeting the 30 to 40 year old age group.
