The stealth survival horror game Hello Neighbor has sold more than 500,000 units worldwide. The Xbox One version is the best-selling version, followed by the retail release, direct PC sales, then Steam.

The game launched in December for the Xbox One and Windows PC.

Does a Direct PC sale refer to an actual box copy on PC? Strange that the Steam platform was the lowest, although I've barely even heard of the game, and I use Steam a lot, so maybe it's less than stellar review scores caused it to not surface very well among other titles.
