(Note: This code only works on the WaveNet edition of the game.) To play as Noob Saibot, you must be playing against another human opponent. Pick Kano and, immediately before round 1 starts, hold Back + Low Punch + Low Kick + High Punch + Block. If done correctly, Kano should explode into Noob Saibot.
