Secret Characters And others Unlocked

When you call Shenron and are at the point of the three choices
don’t wish yet. Remove the memory card and wish (it doesn’t matter
who because it will say that there is no memory card). When asked to
retry say no. You will be taken back to call Shenron again. Repeat
until the fighter of choice appears in the list then re-insert the
memory card and it will be saved.
