Unlocking Monad
Monad is a special section of Tartarus that only contains 10 floors, but the Shadows there are all level 90+. To get it to open, just reach the 254th floor of Tartarus and when you go back to the lobby, there should be a large set of doors to the right of the staircase.

Beat it last night (both endings). Great game. Not as good as Persona 4, but still a fantastic game.

It sucks that VGchartz didn't track this game outside of the US. I bet its close to a million now.

Best jRPG of 2008 by far, cant wait for PES4 ^^
