Game Overview

MapleStory is an MMO developed by Wizet for the Personal Computer. It was fist released in Korea on April 29, 2003. Followed by a Japanese release on December 3, 2003. Then made it's way to the US on May 11, 2005 and Europe on April 12, 2007.

Nexon took over the reigns and on July 2010 dramatically changed the whole Maple Universe with Big Bang. Big Bang introduced new character classes and stories to accompany those characters. Maps became smaller, making the world much easier to get around. In addition to a smaller and more condensed world, leveling now requires less grinding. More classes, more areas to explore and a constant flow of events make for a more robust experience.
