Game Overview

Red Dead Redemption is a open world action-adventure game with a Western theme, released on May 18, 2010. The game revolutionized the Spaghetti Western video game genre and how the Old West is viewed to the average gamer, with use of Rockstar Games' RAGE engine, used in Grand Theft Auto: IV two years prior.

The game chronicles the story of an outlaw by the name of John Marston, and the sequel to Red Dead Revolver, released six years after the initial release of the Red Dead franchise in 2004.

I thought the final ending was
exceptional. I don't want to spoil it
for those who haven't seen it yet, but
it's the quintessential "realist"
western in videogames.

The best voice acted game i have ever
played. Top notch graphics and very
realistic environment. This game is a
masterpiece although the ending really
pissed me off.
