I think this one is seriously overlooked. Not underrated, because critics really recognized it, btu I think it should be more successful among players.

I freaking loved this game, maybe I was just in the right mood for it but I loved the story and the gameplay made me feel like I was really commanding troops in a war zone. Chaos everywhere - I loved it, best RTS i've played in a while. Although I plan on picking up supreme commander soon, hope its good.

I enjoyed this game, even though my PC sucks, so I did not really understand the story that well, because all the cut-scenes had video and audio out of sync, it was really confusing

This was quite a letdown for me, having kept track of it from the beginning. The gameplay is too chaotic (yes, war is chaos but this just frustrates) and you never feel like you're fully in control of your own units when things get frantic! The visuals and the physics are outstanding, far better than any other game in the genre, and the sound is also very good.
Trying something a little different is fun at times, so give it a go if you're an RTS fan.
