This wasn't a bad game, but could have been much better.

Initially you have to take the reverse bear trap off your head - which is then disappointingly a mechanism that's not used again for the rest of the game - and you go searching for how to get out.

The number of puzzles you have to go through is quite impressive (well if you decide to search every room you'll most likely come accross the lock picking and counter-weight puzzles a fair few times)  However there are many different tasks requiring you to think.

Combat is a huge let down, although each weapon has two different attacks and there's plenty of different types of weapons.  But the speed of the attacks and the lack of a block or reverse means that just using your fists quick attack it the easiest (if the also the most time consuming) method of defeating enemies.

Keep a look out for trip wires, one you learn they can be absolutly anywhere you'll soon be walking around constantly looking at the floor, this adds to the length of the game as you tend not to run unles you've been somewhere before.

The game is quite long though - there's 7 different chapters each with it's own 'main puzzle' at the end - and a typical final Jigsaw puzzle, can you (as Detective Tapp) overcome your obsession of Jigsaw and head for freedom or are you still desperate for the truth?
