story: i played the japanese import so your guess is as good as mine.

control: very responsive with the PS3 pad. the game is very basic so anyone who can remotely play street fighter will feel at home. the specials are easy to pull off. nothing to complicated here.

characters: an odd ball cast including a bunny, princess, a viking...and the token boss deathbringer.

presentation: the sound is incredible with an RPG style theme. the fighters have a ton of personality thats reflected off the hilarious facial animations. the fighters are actually 3d fighting on a 2d plane in a world strait from a japanese RPG mixed with the look of snow white.  the backgrounds are a mix between 3d and 2d and look great. technically its not to impressive but it has a great look and style.

pros and cons: it has a lack of depth. thats the main problem. i expect at least 10 punches and kicks per fighter and this doesnt have it. there are plenty of special moves but nothing to set them up with. the combo system is weak and the balance is all over the place. there are plenty of special moves though and plenty of modes including a big story mode with great art work, survival, time attack, arcade, versus, ect. arc systems as usual done great with the design of the game. i think this was made for a younger crowd or fans of fighters without the steep learning curve. the heat up system is a way to make attacks more powerful but its the only thing that seperates it from other fighters other then the look.

overall: a solid fighter thats fun, has a great stytle, but not so much in depth. the heat up system is cool but its really the only thing it brings new. the fairy tale look is great and the attacks and fighter designs are unique. i recommend either getting for a bargain or wait foe the sequel.

*as of now its on 360 only in the US. it is being released in europe for 360 and PS3 later this year. i reveiwed this because their is a rumor it is coming to the PSN network in the US later this year. it isa great pick-up for $20 or less.
