Hard Mode	Complete Normal Mode, Go to continue and then go to the second option.
Super Hard Mode	Complete Hard mode. Go to continue and then go to the 2nd option (the one with a 3)
Super Hard Mode 2	Beat super hard mode and go to continue and you will have an option to start a fourth game.
