Duplicate Items
You need two Hunters for this to work. The first one needs an open item slot and the second should have the item you want to dupe. Make sure to save the second Hunter before battle. In battle, have the first attack the second, then have the second surrender the item and finish the battle. Reload the second Hunter (don't save him after the battle) and both should have the item now.

This game should have a highly addicting(not to mention frustrating at times) warning stamped on it.
