Quick Magic Leveling Up (Final Fantasy 2)
Make sure the character you want to have his/her magic level up is not in the fourth character slot. As soon as your character gets their turn during battle, pick a spell to cast, highlight an enemy, then press X to move onto the next character without confirming the spell. The character should start chanting, so press Circle to go back to the previous character and then keep doing this until your magic level is to your desire.
