This is actually one of the easier insane challenge. First transfer
over to the bird refuge island. On the hill closest to the fanboat
garage, jump of and grind on the wire. Then jump and grind again (a,y,a,y,a,y)
until you reach the roof. Then just grind down the wire. I've done
this myself so I know it works!!!
