You can't just go to ULTIMATE Difficulty without the required level. If you wish to enter harder difficulties, you just need to be in these levels:
NORMAL: Free to play
HARD: Requires Lv20
VERY HARD: Requires Lv40
ULTIMATE: Requires Lv80 (Recommended at least Lv100 or higher)
The higher difficulty you enter, the better better rare items you get. Depending on your Section ID. Either you have a Type A or B ID.
