The stat levels in THUG 2 (Ollie, Spin, Run, etc...) improve your performance of each.
To increase the stats, you have to do certain thing corrasponding to the stat.
For instance, Manual for 5 seconds to get +1 manual stat, which makes it easer to balance a manual.
The easiest way to improve these stats on your custom skater is to start a career profile and go to the training level.
Just do all your stat levels there. You can do every single one except for the natas spin, which you learn later.
THis makes the story mode much easier to do.
