Get 0:00 on levels

When you start the level you want 0:00 on, find the nearest obstacle and kill meat boy with it. Then, while he is respawning (forming, not fully formed yet), switch your character. It'll reset the level and the timer will be stuck on 0:00.

Loved the demo and will wait for a possible (temporary?) price drop in the next few months. But in the end I'll buy it anyway.
