It took me a while but I finaly figured out how to get these things most of them i did spell wrong

Unlockable:	How
ice missle	defeat rundas in bryyro
plasma beam	defeat ghor in elisia
grapple voltage	defeat gandrya in pirate homeworld
hyper ball	defeat motage in the bryyro seed
hyper missle	defeat hellios in the elisia seed
hyper beam	obtain with P.E.D suit
P.E.D suit	get all generateors online and go to the control tower in norion ( rundas gets genorateor B online for you )
nova beam	destroy the nova cannon in pirate home world
