To get the rocket-launcher on Tuesday, you must have

get to the courtyard where there are five fanatics, use the catnip.
Then, quickly run up to the rocket fanatic and kill him. As he
is dying, he will drop the rocket launcher, and you should be
able to pick it up when it is in mid-air.
