Fire up Notepad, Wordpad or some other text editing program and open up the outcast.ini file from the /oc directory beneath the main Outcast directory and change the following. Please Note: Always make a backup of the file before editing (something like outcast.bak).
For increased health and dosh, change these parameters:
[Bonuses] -> [Bonuses]
MoneyChest=5.0000000 -> MoneyChest=5000000.0
Money=1.0000000 -> Money=1000000.0
Life=5.0000000 -> Life=5000000.0

He got home... probably. It finishes with him sorting out the bad guy, losing the girl (bummer!) and heading home through a portal... but the ending cut scene implies he might be back.

Loved this in the day - a true original in many ways even if many of the side-quests were a little on the weak side

Fantastic graphics for that time. Loved the game, never finished it. Whatever happened to Cutter Slade, I'll never know...
