Easy cash is two simple steps!

1:Start a new game and before you do anything scroll to the very bottom left hand corner of the game screen and click in the corner.
You will get 4 million rather than the usual 2 million.
2:When things go up for sale due to any reason then when you enter the window in which you change the price then put the rent down to the bottom and then without exiting the screen, put it up to the max. The tenants will still buy the lot but you will get plenty more cash. E.g. You can get 200000 a time from condos! Have fun.
