It wasn't too complicated. I was able to make a big and self-mantained city when I was around 10, without using any sort of cheats

Great game, this and 3000 simply rock. 9/10

Dude, I played SimCity 4 Deluxe Edition some in my early teens (always had an interest in architecture), and that wasn't very complicated. I can't imagine SimCity 2 being MORE dificult than a game that is 8 years younger.
