Multiple Water of Life Chests
It is possible to gain multiple bottles of Water of Life from the blue chests you encounter throughout the game. To do this you just need to get the timing right when you press the Right Trigger to open the chest. If two or more players can all pull this off at the same time, you'll be able to retrieve multiple Water of Life bottles from one chest. This is particularly handy for when playing on Hard mode, when people are more likely to be killed in boss fights or in some cases on the way to the boss fights.
