Go to the option menu, highlight "Exit" and press Start. Then, press Up(2), Down(2), Left, Right, Left, Right.

Hidden options
Enter the option screen and press [Start]. Then, press [Up]x2, [Down]x2, [Left], [Right], [Left], [Right], [X], [Circle].
