Select Cable, T. Bonne, and Chalsm (in that order), then get the level gauge up to at least 3. Do a hyper combo and it will unleash a powerful blow. Note: Try to keep the enemy on the ground. Also, this will not work every time. It will happen about half of the time.

I got the game from PSN, and again from the gamestop online store. Now, I don't have to take mvc2 out of it's shrink wrap. Or the UPS bubble wrap bag, for that matter.
