72,000 Zombie Kills
First off you need $2,000,000 and the DRIVER magazine. The magazine is found in BBQ Jacks by the soda fountain. Next, buy the SUV key from pawnshop in Silver Strip. You find a SUV (a Humvee) across the street in Shamrock Casino. With the SUV, just drive around the strip slaughtering zombies. With the DRIVER Magazine in your possession, your SUV with last three times longer. When your vehicle is destroyed (or is about to be destroyed), enter any adjacent area that makes your game load a new map. Once you do, go back the Shamrock Casino and the SUV should have respawned with full health. Using this method, you can get about 4,000 zombie kills with each SUV; all this only takes about 15 minutes of real time.

Not that bad for a clunky console port. But it's a good game.

Considering America is a console primary market this sold at least 200k in EMEAA with PC primary platform. So maybe 300-500k lifetime?
