Gametip
This is more of a tip then a cheat. To make easy money keep racing the "figure of hate" track until you have enough money to buy the 11.5 ton tank. Then continue as normal, or keep racing until you can afford other cars (DED-209's is a must for the stunt park as you can make lots of cunning stunt bonuses for going around the loop).
