Start a cruise
To start a cruise, find an Outrun opponent on the highway. Do not start the Outrun. Instead, just drive along with him or her and stay on the same road. After about two or three minutes, another car will join you. Eventually you will end up cruising with four cars. You must go the same way as the other drivers, as they will not follow you due to the CPU's AI.
