Sega Carnival: Shortcut
When you get to the Crazy Taxi area, a green arrow will appear at the top of the screen. Keep to the left. You will see a sign with an arrow pointing to the right. Go behind the sign and you will see a spinning money symbol and a green circle on the ground. Go into the circle and a taxi will take you through a shortcut during the race.
