Hothead vs. Hothead match
Select the "Vs. Com" option at the title screen. Choose Casey or Shredder as your fighter and Hothead as the CPU fighter. After the match ends, return to the character selection screen and choose Hothead as your fighter. The CPU character pointer will also appear over Hothead, allowing the next match to be Hothead vs. Hothead.
