Evil ghost Payne
Start the game with the -developerkeys command line parameter. There is a part where you see two hobos trying to warm themselves up with burning garbage. Burn yourself to death. Enable the god code and shoot one of the hobos. Do not kill him. They will shoot back at you and scream in terror while Max Payne laughs.
