No bills or newspapers
Enable the move_objects on code and move the mailbox to the back of the lot, then build a swimming pool around it. The mailman will try to deliver bills, but they will disappear without having the overdue notice appear. Also, the paperboy will just stand in front of the ladder or diving board and not drop a paper.
