Defeating the Sorceress
Charge to avoid her attacks. Jump on the cannon and when she gets ready to shoot a fireball, jump off. Hit her two to three times. Then, use the mobile cannon. You may be able to avoid the fire balls. Hit her two to three times. You will then get the UFO thing. You now have unlimited shots and can stay on for the rest of the battle. She will only use fireballs, but you will be able to avoid them. Shoot her three more times and you will have defeated her.

Classic, amazing, flawless.
I loved that you could play more characters than just Spyro, even thought playing Spyro is loads of fun all himself.
Lets see if I can remember all of them,
