Free driving
In the fifth track of Australia type in the code "diddycars" and after the jumps which are after the train track there will be a fence which will come in and then run along the side of the road. just at the corner, where the fence starts there is a gap and drive through and you are out in the open and away from the track.

Play in the Dark
To race in the dark on any level enter your name as NIGHTRIDER and then start any race plus you will notice that some of the blocked of roads are now open. If you go down them then the car will stop and the lights will go off , then a beam of light will flash on to the car and lift it in to the air.

Reversed Tracks
To reverse the tracks in rally or time trial mode, type "SKCART" as your name.

Green Jelly Car
Enter "BLANCMANGE" as a name. Then, start a game in rally or time trial mode to race in a wobbly car.

Metallic cars
To give all the cars in rally or time trail the Metallic Mario power-up from Super Mario 64, type "TINFOILED" as your name.

Wobbly Car
To make your car in rally or time trail wobble like the cars in Ridge Racer 64, type "MAGFLOAT" as your name.

Nicky Grist as the driver
To have Nicky Grist as the driver, type "BACKSEAT" as your name in time trial or rally mode.

Right side driver
To have the driver on the right side of the car in the driver-eye view, type "WHITEBUNNY" as your name.

Cheat mode
Enter one of the following when asked to enter your name also, these only work in rally or time trial modes:

Peasouper - Adds fog to all stages
Buttonbash - Power accelerator
Heliumnick - Co-driver has a squeky voice
Directorcut - Allows you to play with replay
Kitcar - Gives you a turbo boost (press SELECT when the green bar is full)
Moreoomph - Double engine power
FORKLIFT - Rear wheel steer
TROLLEY - Gives your car 4 wheel steering
DIDDYCARS-Small cars
HOVERCRAFT-Back to the future cars
MOONWALK-Low gravity
SILKYSMOOTH-60 frames per second

Bouncy Cars
While in any race, pause the game. Now hold L2 and R2, and then press CIRCLE, SQUARE, SQUARE, LEFT, UP, RIGHT. Unpause the game to watch all the cars bounce.
