Super Saiyan Vegeta
There is in fact 1 final battle after the fight with Freiza. If you meet certain requirements in the battle with Freiza you will be allowed to battle Super Saiyan Vegeta after the credits roll. Super Saiyan Vegeta is a tough opponent who is much stronger then Super Saiyan Goku. But if you have Super Saiyan Goku, a powered up Piccolo, and perhaps Gohan in Great Ape form then you should be able to put him away fairly easily.

Fight Super Saiyan Vegeta Keep Vegeta Alive and Have Goku Transform into Super Saiyan during the Freiza fight
