Turbulence
To use turbulence effectively, wait for it to appear and ride on it. After you see arrows on the side, move towards it to gain speed and air. Also, it is an effective way to get in position to pass and hit an opponent.

Imo this better than the sequel. This is a bad game overall, but it had some good gameplay mechanics in it that I liked. Main thing is the fact that your special abilities are character dependent in this game instead of board dependent like in the sequel.

Also, I liked the air boost mechanic and tricks are more satisfying and easier to pull off in this game instead of the sequel.

I would say this is a good game, the story is good, and refreshes the concept a little, but I really was expecting way more.
