Ride on the ceiling
Go to any vert ramp with some sort of a ceiling over it that could get in the way of your jumps. Get enough air to reach the ceiling and do a backflip. Press A while your player is upside down doing the backflip and you should be able to ride on the ceiling. When you want to correct yourself, just press A again.
