Once you get past the board calibration (IMO the most difficult part of the game), you're off and skating.

Casual mode is a simple follow-the-rail game, so you don't have to worry about anything other than pulling off the tricks at the appropriate time.

Confident mode opens up the game and forces the player to not only have to pull off tricks, but to actually navigate himself.  Hard to do if you're not a skater by nature!

Hardcore mode makes all levels fully open to explore and skate in.  Wow, way too hardcore for me and it's not forgiving at all.  Hence the appropriate difficulty name, I suppose.

Great graphics, awesome soundtrack, and the ability to use your Wii skater in game makes this game a ton of fun.

I highly recommend it!
