Yes, it can overtake MGS4, it is only 70k left. If Namco release the game outside of Japan, it will become a million seller.

it seem crazy for a game that is selling so well and would have a huge appeal to the causel gamers in Europe and america hasn't got a release date for those areas

After DQ it will be the second best selling 3rd party game in Japan this gen after MGS4.
